By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.GENERALCommissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.No physical product will be delivered. You will receive your commission either by email or on any social media you prefer.PAYMENTS & FEESAll payments are upfront.A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 30€ applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my portfolio.Complexity fee is between 10-50€.If a commissioner wishes to buy commercial use AFTER a commission, the prices will be:
Merchandise Commercial Use (65€)If you already have ordered something from me, we can arrange a Paypal payment plan so you can pay in multiple installments (only for bigger projects such as reference sheets and larger illustrations).Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in euros.It is the sole responsibility of the customer to cover any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the seller.REVISIONSYou receive 4 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost 15€ each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYCommissions may take up to 3 months depending on complexity, queue, health or personal matters.I will keep you updated if delays occur.If you wish to skip the queue and be priority, the fee will be 30% of the total price of your commission. You will have to directly message me or state in your request that you wish for a rush fee.You can track the commission queue list on my Trello.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSI, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:Promote myself and my services.Post on social media and in my portfolio.REFUNDSI may cancel and refund a commission at any time.Once I start to work on your project, refunds are not available.Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.Filing a chargeback will:Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.Result in a formal complaint against you.COMMISSIONER RIGHTSYou may:Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).Print the art for yourself.Post it on social media with credit to me.You may NOT:Use the artwork commercially without permission.Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.Remove signatures/watermarks.Resell or redistribute the artwork.Modify the artwork without my consent.Use artwork purchased for personal use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.Using my art to train AI or make NFTs.Trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”BLACKLIST POLICYBreaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).The blacklist may be shared with other artists.FINAL AGREEMENTBy commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
